Shudokan Aikido Lincoln
Concepts for Adults/Cadets this week are:
Monday: Bokken
Tuesday: Goshin Waza
Wednesday: Role of Uke
Thursday: Yonkajo
Friday: Go Waza
The last day for training this year will be Friday 23rd December. The Dojo will reopen on Monday 9th January.
