Hi sensei,
Disappointed to have missed such an exciting week but duty called en france. Uncle now planted and bun fight attended. Alot of necessary work carried out in Rouen which may or may not necessitate future visits. Did manage to practice kihon dosa in garden of deceased and in carriage on channel tunnel which amused others but kept me focused. Plus aikido helped me to remain positive when others were being negative about the many issues that need to be tackled. I know I am only starting 'on the way' but already it has altered my view and my ability to tackle day to day life. Many many thanks. Oh and yes I would like a T shirt if you have any left - guess I am medium but a large one will do if medium sold out. See u on monday night. Ous!

Watching Michael and Jordan in action made me feel proud to be a member of a dojo that can produce students with such a high level of skills and concentration. In my humble opinion they were the best in class on the day and hence were a credit to themselves and their sensei. Displays like that at gradings can only serve to inspire novices like me.

Soke Stratton memorial event at West Bridgeford dojo on 12th March was worthwhile and enlightening irrespective of your grade. The standard of instruction was awesome and I would recommend attending summer school there this year if you can.
